Dear Forum Members, I represent End 2 End Consultant, a 7 year old BPO Migration company and Crusader Services, 6+ year old Debt Settlement company. I am a stake Holder in both the companies. This posting is in regard to the Customer Service Support requirement we have for Crusader Services. At the moment we have 3 Customer Support centers, 1 in India, 1 in Columbia and 1 in Colorado (Our Headoffice). We are looking to expand our Spanish support and add 10 more seats to it. We pay $7/ hour/ agent to all our support centers. 14 hours a day, 7 days a week. No upselling or selling required, pure Customer Service of Crusader Services clients.
