just remember 1 thing, india is the place where the BPO services has borned and we taught all the countries, including romania, what is BPO and Outsourcing...
So mind your language and mind this thing very well than thre is not one in the world who can beat the quality of indian centres in the world...
I think you people do post this kind of stuff, as you havent got any thing actually to outsource, but the only thing is you know if you will mess up with india, you will be caught in minutes...

Indians are looking on Romania
It seems that many indian companies are looking on Romania.
Even if they don't offer any kind of trust for romanian companies (because they are only a middle man in the transaction) many indian companies are trying to catch the developing field of callcenters in Romania, from the very beginning.
I even have informations of callcenters in Romania, who are selling the production to indian companies, but the products marketed are of course, US, or UK products.
Is it so hard for romanians to contact directly the US client, and get campaigns directly from source.
It seems so...

Hi,
My UK marketing company, with a romanian branch has over 200 clients and is looking for quality call centers to produce UK secure loan leads.
We are looking for call centers to produce Secured Loan leads for the UK market. These leads would be inputted directly into our internet based lead sheet, and confirmed by our own Call Center based in Romania .
We will supply all scripts to be used in the process, and also data for you
to call on.
On completion of any lead inputted into our system, and email/sms/yahoo
messenger alert would be sent to our operators, they will pick up the lead and call the potential client, on confirming a few details the client would then be transferred to the UK client for whom we have the order.
Currently we have a demand for 4000 Secured Loan leads per month, and this
figure is rapidly increasing. This is a long-term project and we are keen
to work with call centers that are looking for a long-term relationship.
All leads supplied would be reported on daily, many the same day they are
received will be confirmed, and payment made once/twice weekly for all confirmed leads.
We will reject any leads for the following reasons only:
No contact - If we are unable to contact the client within 3 working days
Out of Criteria - Any leads that upon confirmation are outside of the
criteria as below.
Forced Sale - Any lead produced where client has stated they are not
interested to you but lead still produced.
All leads produced will be confirmed or returned with 3 working days.
Criteria for leads are as follows:
Client must be homeowner with a mortgage
Client must be employed or self-employed. Clients on state benefits
unacceptable
Client must have income greater than L10, 000 per annum
LTV with proposed loan added must not exceed 90% of property value.
Client must be under the age of 65
-Payout -15-20 GBP per lead (depending on quality)
-Payout cycle: >>for more than 50 leads per day - two times a week payment
>>for less than 50 leads per day - you get paid at the end of the week.
-Materials- scripts, lead criteria, data- will be provided by us
-Center should have predictive dialing capacity
-Center will be paid just for the leads we can confirm within 48 hours
- We do the QC-
- Leads delivery: batch or via our custom crm.
