Therefore, I (Farooq) from FasttechBPO, on behalf of my team declares that we are interested in doing the project, however, there were no in depth details of the same, so kindly send us in the complete in depth details of the same and in the mean while we would like to introduce ourselves as a pioneer of BPO & ITeS industry of Pakistan. I would start like to start from the introduction of ours as: We are BPO & Call Center founded back in 2005, based in Lahore, Pakistan having many good and quality centers already looking for good and potential projects and clients like you. Fasttech is NOT only a BPO firm, has it's own Call Center with more than 50 seats though we will be providing you with both the centers and our own services as well. We both the parties i.e. YOUR COMPANY and FasttechBPO can make up a good deal here to move further. Our charges (as per our company's policies) to the center are very minimum as they are based on per month commissions for the net profit. This way we have a very easy access to the center in order to maintain the quality and quantity norms set forth by the client. We have assigned a Manager Outsourced Projects, who manages and takes care of the centers' production and quality issues with respect to the project the center is running and reports back to us about the issues the center(s) may be facing. Call Center: What we believe in here is, QUALITY of the services given to our client(s). And of the purpose of the same the team at our center is well trained, groomed and experienced in handling various projects, including Inbound and Outbound both. The primary thing that our team follows is: Screening, Hiring and Training. Now the procedures for the same are as follows (Mentioned in our company's profile as well): We always look for the best of the best candidates willing to work with us. Every one of them goes through 3 tests includes the following: 1. Accent 2. Grammar / Spoken English. 3. Communication Skills 4. Knowledge about call centers for EXPERIENCED. HOWEVER, the questions that might be asked will only be with in the sphere of the training given him/her. Presentation(s): - Each group will make a presentation (chart), along with all the statistics defined in/on it. Every group of 2-3 will come up on stage and present along with whole details first of all and then if any agent of any other group or trainer himself find any ambiguity the in action group will answer and try to resolve the question. All the members of the active session will be allowed to ask different questions depending upon where they find ambiguity (ies). Here, every member of the jury and the trainer himself'll monitor them, in order to observe his/her grammatical mistakes, fluency in English, speed of speaking pitch his/her voice and then all the deficiencies or mistakes done by him/her would be rectified. And every agent will be marked for his/her every deed done over there; No matter good or bad. After a successful completion of the above mentioned training part each agent is being transferred to the conference room where his/her final interview is conducted by the management of FasttechBPO and then after he/she is eligible to get on the floor to perform his/her duties there. At our associated Call Centers our hierarchy for hiring and promoting the management and other team members respectively, is always the same: We either do internal hiring with respect to the employees' areas of interest/educational background/experience in the respective field(s) of seats vacant, considering that the employee has passed his/her probation period of 6 months. OR hires: highly experienced, motivated, enthusiastic, smart working and dedicated person who can understand things quickly and can motivate his/her team members of the company (as well) can get to the same level ASAP! And then upon the successful completion of the same post i.e. Team Leader he/she is promoted to the post of Floor Supervisor depending upon his/her areas or expertise/skills/performance. After the successful completion of 6-8 months being on the same post performing his/her duties well up to the mark he/she then promoted to the other higher level(s) / departments as per his/her areas of interest/educational background/expertise considering that the seats vacant in the other depts.
