We have an exclusive contract with this distributor to provide sales from the offshore telemarketing channel on an exclusive basis. They currently achieve over 700 travel package membership sales through web and retail per month. The goal is to match the telemarketing sales with the web sales over a one year period.
The USPs of the campaign are as follows
The centre will be provided with the tools to get sales for the travel club program (ie training, lead list).

1) The ability to build a stable and long term campaign that is actually profitable!

3) Lead lists - We will provide you with the lead lists for the sales locations. We will be also screening through the lead lists through DNC screening service before we send you the lead list to comply with the law.
During the first week of the program, agents should be focusing on trying to generate 1 sale per day. After one month, agents should be confident and able to generate a minimum of 1-2 sales per day. We do recommend an inbound line dedicated to the campaign. A lot of times customers will be unsure if they want the product at the particular time because they need to discuss the opportunity with his/her spouse. The inbound line gives the prospect the opportunity to call the agent back to complete the sale. Our other facilities generate a few sales per day on inbound calls (this is after a few weeks of outbound dialing). The inbound toll free line also establishes credibility with the customer.
We would like your team build to the point where they are generating 10 - 15 sales per day minimum.
There is no cap in the growth. If successful, you can grow your team upwards of 30+ agents. We will also have an orientation call with the client that will provide a great overview of the program.
